The Kaufman County Children’s Advocacy Center has flexible and meaningful opportunities for those interested in volunteering their time and talents toward restoring dignity, hope, and trust to children traumatized by physical and sexual abuse. All volunteers receive comprehensive training.
Anyone can volunteer his or her services at the CACKC upon successful completion of the written application process. The process includes an application, personal references, a pledge of confidentiality, civil and criminal background checks and an interview. Only adults ages 18 and older can have direct contact with the children.
